Terms and conditions are for online orders only.
All orders placed are on the basis of these terms and conditions, please read them carefully as they set out the terms under which 'Handles at Heart' make these products available to you.
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the website, all prices shown are inclusive of vat at the current rate. Prices are set out in pounds sterling and will remain in force until we publish new prices on our website.
We must receive the payment of the price of the products and the delivery charge before we can accept your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Acceptance of you order constitutes a legally binding contract between both parties.
Whilst we endeavour to have sufficient stocks available to meet all orders, in the unlikely event we are unable to despatch immediately we shall advise you at the earliest opportunity.
We do our very best to deliver all products within the stated delivery time and shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery or arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Colour and finishes of some products may vary slightly.
The buyer shall have the right to cancel the order should your order not be available within the stated delivery time or following agreement with 'Handles at Heart'
Money Back Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality of our products that if any item doesn't meet your expectations you may return it for whatever reason within a 14 day period.
We ask that should you require to return any items they have been unused, in perfect condition with the original packaging still intact. Customers must return goods at your own cost and must obtain proof of return from their carrier.
A refund of the full amount of the order, (excluding delivery cost) will be made upon receipt of the goods at 'Handles at Heart', at the latest within 14 days.
Should any return be made after 14 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply. We will not accept any returns after 30 days unless the goods are faulty.

In the unlikely event of the order being supplied as faulty or arriving damaged in transit you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact 01384 254015 for further advice on returns under these circumstances.
